Job Summary

QA Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement

  robust automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Define and enforce

  QA best practices

  , coding standards, and test strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  , test plan reviews, and provide technical guidance to the QA team.
• Drive

  CI/CD integration

  of automated tests and maintain test pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years

  of experience in QA with a strong focus on

  test automation

• Proficiency in

  Java

  , Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with

  API testing

  (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies

  , and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD tools

  like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in

  SEZ or enterprise-scale environments
