About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team. The QA will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products, services, and processes by conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual/automated).
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management.

Key Skills & Requirements

· 3–4 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst / QA Engineer.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases for data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in QA (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience with automation frameworks.
• Exposure to FMCG, IT services, or product-based companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
