Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst role located in Bhopal. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of processes in alignment with organizational standards. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, analyzing performance metrics, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols. The role also involves collaborating with teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective quality control measures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights
• Proficient Communication skills for providing clear feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in a similar role or familiarity with quality auditing processes is advantageous
