About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional for an International Voice Process role in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process and must be currently working as a Quality Analyst (on paper).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound voice calls and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Conduct regular call audits and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Identify process gaps and suggest corrective actions for service improvement.
• Maintain detailed QA reports and performance trackers.
• Support the operations team in maintaining service-level targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.
• Currently working as a Quality Analyst (on paper) – mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of QA tools, call evaluation methods, and quality metrics.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts required.
