iSOCRATES is looking for QA Analyst who works directly with the digital media operations team to check and confirm the quality of all campaigns and creative setup.
Job responsibilities include:
Builds and maintains detailed checklists of quality requirements for each step of the process Documents digital media operations process of clients.
Confirming quality of all digital elements you ll be on top of ensuring that naming conventions, placements Targeting, Segments, Pixels creative units, click-thru URLs, click commands, reports and other contractually required metrics are correct and correspond to the requirements sheet/IO prior to launch, and you ll be cross-checking that all data has been input into third-party systems correctly.
Pro-actively identifies potential QA issues and works with internal team on solutions Makes recommendations for process improvements by Client teams Conducts reviews of the output for consistency against agreed quality metrics in each checklist Asking right questions at the right time.
Experienced on different platforms and quality process Ability to frequently upskill on different platforms and domains.
Skills/Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3+ Years of experience in Search & Social end to end campaign management in any Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA 360, FB Ad Manager, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience in SEMRush, AHrefs, Kenshoo or similar SaaS platforms.
- Exercise discretion in resolving client issues.
- Must have in-platform execution experience pulling the levers across different platforms.
- Experience on traffic campaigns on Search & Social platforms and other related activities like social audience build, search keyword research etc.
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, re-learn basic concepts of Search and Social performance marketing. Willingness to question and test all principles Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills PPT and delivering presentations.
- The candidate must possess high level of attention to details.
- Good analytical skills and Clear thought process.
- Must be ready to work in Night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Must relocate to Mysore office.
