Full Time
Conduct testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials and provide clearance for production.
Perform outgoing finished goods inspection and issue test certificates for each batch.
Carry out regular audits of critical manufacturing processes to ensure products meet specifications.
Conduct laboratory tests on closures and provide detailed test reports to customers.
Handle customer complaints and implement necessary corrective actions in the process.
Monitor FSSC and ISO compliance across the plant, conduct shop-floor employee training, and create awareness on quality standards.
Ensure calibration of all critical laboratory equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.
Candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience preferably Plastic processing, Food packaging material industry with good knowledge on QMS. Good communication and analytical skills
