About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Handle all ROC filings, annual returns, and statutory records.
  • Draft, review, and maintain minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
  • Advise the management and board on corporate governance best practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors.
  • Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Support in fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
