Key Responsibilities

• Handle ROC compliances,
• Prepare and file all forms and returns under the Companies Act, 2013
• Manage company strike-off applications and restoration processes
• Draft and maintain statutory registers, board resolutions, and minutes
• Liaise with MCA, RBI, and other statutory authorities
• Assist in due diligence, legal research, and secretarial audits
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely filings
• Provide support on complex assignments and advisory matters

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Company Secretary
• PCS firm experience preferred (Must)
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a PCS firm (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of MCA compliances
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Should have team handling experience
