Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services.
  2. Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations/modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
  3. Maintain good relationship with client.
  4. Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients.
  5. Assist &/or conduct board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings.
  6. Assist in prepare and maintain compliance checklists, corporate records, including documents related to incorporation, amendments, annual filings, director changes & meetings.
  7. Assist in review and finalization of e-forms, documents, statutory register's other records and emails prepared by the Intern and ensure error free & timely compliances are done to avoid penalties.
  8. Assist in ensuring proper & timely maintenance of the executed original hard and soft copies of the documents and files for allocated clients. Assist in updation and maintenance of status of annual compliances or other statutory filings to be undertaken.
  9. Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team
  10. Supervise and review subordinate's work.
  11. Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.

Key Requirements:

  1. Degree holder; member of ICSI
  2. 0-1 years of Post qualification-relevant experience.
  3. Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage.
  5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
