Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Qualified Company Secretary located in Jaipur. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, organizing board meetings, maintaining corporate records, and fulfilling obligations related to corporate governance. Additionally, the Company Secretary will oversee the preparation and submission of necessary filings, provide legal support on corporate matters, and act as a point of liaison between the company and its stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Frameworks
• Proficiency in organizing and managing Board Meetings, including drafting minutes and resolutions
• Strong knowledge of company law, legal documentation, and statutory filings
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and authorities
• Attention to detail and capability to work in high-pressure environments
• A membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is required
• Prior experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus
