Role Overview:

We are seeking a QS & Billing Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, rate analysis, and project cost control to ensure smooth execution and financial accuracy of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and rate analysis for real estate projects.
• Manage client billing, contractor billing, and subcontractor billing with accurate measurement verification.
• Prepare and certify interim and final bills for projects.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management of ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with the site team for measurement checks and progress verification.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and billing records for audits and reporting.
• Provide cost-saving suggestions and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing procedures, and cost control methods.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (with specialization/experience in Quantity Surveying & Billing).
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate / construction billing & QS role.
