Job Description

Cost estimation and budgeting:
Preparing initial cost estimates for projects.
Analyzing rates for different construction items.
Documentation:
Preparing bills of quantities (BoQ) and bills of materials.
Creating and submitting monthly bills to the accounts department.
Preparing tender and contract documents.
Billing and payment:
Generating and verifying interim and final bills for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Reconciling billed quantities with paid quantities to ensure accuracy.
Processing payments for subcontractors and vendors.
Financial control and reporting:
Tracking project progress, cash flow, and material reconciliation.
Maintaining detailed records of project costs, variations, and billing reports.
Providing MIS (Management Information System) inputs to project managers.
Site and technical work:
Extracting quantities from drawings and technical documents.
Coordinating with site teams to gather information on materials and labor.
Verifying the quality of work and ensuring it aligns with specifications.
Managing and documenting extra items and variations in work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
