As an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer, your role will involve managing end-to-end quantity surveying, estimation, and billing operations for real estate and infrastructure projects. You should excel in cost control, BOQ preparation, billing verification, and financial monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates - Conduct rate analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization - Prepare and certify contractor, subcontractor & client bills - Maintain JMS, RA bills, reconciliation & closure reports - Monitor project costs and prepare variance reports - Support procurement with rate negotiation & cost inputs - Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, S-curves & cash flow - Ensure compliance with IS codes, contract terms & audit norms - Coordinate with architects, consultants & accounts teams Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of building construction & finishing works - Expertise in QS, estimation, billing & cost control - Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Candy, CostX, Primavera, MS Project - High accuracy, analytical skills & detail orientation - Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines - Good communication & coordination skills Apply Now by sending your resume to hr@malhotragroup.co.in.
