Job Summary:

The Housekeeping / Pantry Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the office premises and pantry area. The role involves assisting staff and guests with refreshments, ensuring a neat work environment, and supporting day-to-day office upkeep under company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
• Assist in office housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Manage pantry equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Support administrative staff in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for events or conferences.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Handle courier dispatch or basic office errands as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in housekeeping or pantry operations (corporate or hospitality setup preferred).
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and pantry equipment.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
