Job Description

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely execution. The role involves close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth on-site operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage site resources, manpower, and budgets
to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee and supervise construction activities on-site
, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
Ensure all safety protocols, statutory standards, and compliance guidelines
are strictly followed at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow.
Conduct regular
site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring

Prepare and maintain
daily site reports, documentation, and project updates
.
Identify potential risks or delays and assist in
mitigation planning
.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of hands-on experience in site execution, construction supervision, or project management.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control processes, and statutory compliance in construction.
Proficient in site documentation, daily reporting, and basic project planning tools.
Excellent coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
