Key Responsibilities: Project Supervision & Execution: Manage all site construction activities related to mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems. Ensure all systems meet performance criteria and are handed over in working condition with proper documentation. Coordinate snagging and final acceptance procedures. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical construction management, including at least 3 years in a consultant or client-representative role. Industry Background: Infrastructure, buildings, power plants, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of mechanical systems in construction (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, piping).
