QA & QC Engineer – Real Estate / Construction Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA & QC Engineer with 7 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and implementing quality control processes across construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and enforce QA/QC processes on real estate construction projects.
• Prepare and review quality assurance plans, inspection checklists, and test reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction work complies with design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor and supervise material testing, including concrete, soil, steel, and other construction materials.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans (CAPs).
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Analyze construction defects, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate third-party inspections and certifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to site engineers and project managers on QA/QC matters.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience with QA/QC tools and procedures in real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in preparing quality documents: Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, NCR reports, etc.
• Familiarity with relevant codes & standards (IS, ASTM, ACI).
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and lead QC teams.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 Years of experience in QA & QC roles within Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Experience in high-rise building projects, residential/commercial complexes, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
