Job Description

Office Boy – Roles and Responsibilities 1. General Office Maintenance Keep the office premises clean and organized. Dust and clean desks, chairs, windows, and other office furniture. Ensure pantry, washrooms, and common areas are hygienic and well-maintained. 2. Administrative Support Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required. Help with photocopying, scanning, filing, and distributing documents. Dispatch and receive couriers or official documents. 3. Errands & Deliveries Deliver documents and parcels to other departments, clients, or service providers. Purchase stationery or other office supplies as instructed. 4. Pantry Management Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen/pantry. Refill drinking water bottles and check pantry stock regularly. 5. Meeting Support Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings. Ensure refreshments are served during meetings. 6. Assistance to Staff Provide support to staff members by carrying out minor clerical tasks. Assist HR or Admin in moving files or light office items. 7. Other Duties Report any maintenance issues to the concerned department. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Admin. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
