Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Standardize and document process workflows, reporting systems, and performance reviews. Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with OMS processes. Recommend and implement digital tools/software for data tracking and efficiency improvement. Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO/industry standards. Establish and monitor quality inspection processes for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Define and enforce SOPs, work instructions, and quality checklists. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Train and mentor quality inspectors and production staff on quality culture and best practices. Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and audits to management. Coordinate with R&D and production teams for new product validation & qualification.
