Job Description

Key Responsibilities Perform routine quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Conduct and document quality control tests according to company procedures and industry standards. Identify deviations or defects and report nonconformities to relevant departments. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate inspection and test records for traceability and reporting. Support quality audits (internal and external) and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company quality requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP). Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and equipment. Participate in root cause analysis and preventive action processes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Science). Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of inspection methods, sampling techniques, and quality standards. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality systems (preferred).
