About Position:

We’re seeking a seasoned QA Lead with deep expertise in Selenium automation testing to lead a team of quality assurance engineers. This role involves designing robust test frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

What You'll Do:

• As a QA Lead, you will be responsible to design, development, and maintenance of Selenium-based test automation frameworks.
• Develop and implement test plans and test cases for new and existing applications. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Maintain and expand automation coverage by creating new tests and refactoring existing ones.
• Conduct manual testing when necessary and document results.
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in automation testing.
• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and automation testing.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience in managing QA teams.
• API testing using tools like Postman or custom scripts.
• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or frameworks.
