QA Lead

As a QA Lead at NTT DATA, your role will involve documenting and executing high-quality test plans, analyzing requirements, creating test scripts, executing and reviewing test scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring defects are raised correctly and in a timely manner using JIRA. You are expected to have good knowledge of Splunk, extensive experience in mobile banking, microservices, and APIs. Your responsibilities will include leading defect triage discussions, contributing to Agile deliveries, working with the Automation QA team, contributing to reporting, working closely with development and business teams, escalating risks and issues, supporting in developing project plans, assisting in User Acceptance Testing, and delivering projects within agreed timelines. There may be instances where you will need to deputize for the QA Lead or QA Manager when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to quickly learn and become proficiently knowledgeable about client applications, experience in testing complex applications, knowledge of test tools and industry best practices, experience working in an Agile environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, experience in the Financial Services/Banking Industry, planning, estimating, and delivering projects, and the ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment are essential. Qualifications required for this role include 5-7 years of functional test experience, a Computer Science or IT-related Degree/Diploma, and an ISTQB certification in Software Testing.
