Job Title: QA / Test Engineer

Location: Hyderabad Department: Engineering / Product Quality

Experience: 5-10 Years

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA / Test Engineer to ensure our AI-powered products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.

As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will design and execute test plans, identify and document issues, and help automate testing workflows to support continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and data-driven features. ✅ Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with engineers to resolve them efficiently. ✅ Design and implement automated test scripts for regression, performance, and functional testing. ✅ Validate AI/ML outputs and model-driven features against product requirements and real-world scenarios. ✅ Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and clear acceptance criteria. ✅ Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and documentation. ✅ Work closely with product managers and developers to understand new features and provide feedback early in the development cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles.

● Familiarity with writing test cases and test plans.

● Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

● Understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and data validation.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to product quality.

● Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

● Experience testing AI/ML products, data pipelines, or data-driven applications.

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.

● Knowledge of performance, load, or security testing tools.

● Previous experience in a startup or agile product team.
