Description
As a Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and working closely with the development team to resolve them. - Ensuring that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements and do not negatively impact system performance. - Maintaining test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports. - Working closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles. - Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. - Providing recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance. - Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory, OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects is a must. - Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce functionalities, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets. - Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM is a plus. - Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
