QA Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **QA Engineer** with hands-on experience in **Salesforce CRM application** testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **manual testing**, **API testing**, and **UI testing**, ensuring the quality and performance of Vtiger-based solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Testing: Test and validate Vtiger-CRM functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, reports, and integrations. Verify Vtiger-specific configurations, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
• Manual Testing: Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on functional specifications. Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and system testing to identify issues.
• API Testing: Validate API functionality, performance, and error handling using tools such as **Postman**.
• UI Testing: Test Salesforce CRM UI, ensuring the application meets usability and design standards. Validate responsive designs and browser compatibility.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and manage bugs using tools like **JIRA*.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Quality Assurance Process: Ensure adherence to QA standards, practices, and processes. Contribute to test planning, execution, and automation strategies when applicable.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver quality outcomes. Provide QA status updates and contribute to project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, triggers, and process builder testing.Testing Tools: Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Testing Techniques: Strong understanding of manual, API, and UI testing methodologies.
Experience with test design, execution, and defect reporting.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to automation testing tools like **Selenium**, **TestNG**.Basic understanding of MYSQL queries.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
