QA Engineer

You will be joining NIRA Systems as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, where your primary responsibility will be to create, maintain, modify, and manage load and performance testing scripts for web applications. You will work closely with the development team to troubleshoot performance and scalability issues effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Plan, design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, UFT, etc. - Design and build Performance Test Scripts and scenarios for online web applications based on Requirements. - Create and execute load and performance tests using the testing tools. - Define and develop performance test plans and automated scripts using standard testing tools. - Execute performance tests, analyze and evaluate test results, generate performance metric reports, and provide recommendations. - Collaborate with functional Tester and Developers to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming releases and keep up-to-date with system changes that impact performance testing. - Generate performance graphs, session reports, and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. - Have a strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization, and Database concepts. - Demonstrate expertise in performance testing of web services using LoadRunner and/or other load and performance testing tools such as WebLoad, LoadUI, LoadView, etc. - Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be highly organized, and able to multitask effectively. - Display clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a project manager, analysts, developers, Quality assurance team members, and representatives from business in a collaborative environment. **Skills:** - Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical discipline. - 5+ years of Software Testing experience with a strong background in QA and Testing in a multi-server environment, including back-end and front-end testing activities. - Relevant experience in developing and maintaining test automation suites using tools such as Selenium, UFT, and/or other automation testing frameworks/tools such as Node.Js, Mocha, Chai, Karma, XUnit. - Hands-on experience in Angular application automation using tools like Protractor. - Experience working with Continuous Integration tools like TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins, and a strong understanding of builds, configuration, environment setup. - Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla). - Experience with Visual Studio test management tools and/or Microsoft Test Manager is a plus. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), quality assurance life cycle, and testing methodologies. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a highly demanding environment.,
