Your role We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedPerformance Tester with 4+ years of expereinceto join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools likeLoadRunner, and a solid understanding of performance engineering principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications. Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans. Script, execute, and troubleshoot performance tests usingHP LoadRunner. Track and report test execution results with a focus on quality and performance KPIs. Document test outcomes and support ongoing performance metrics and risk analysis. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and objectivity in performance data reporting. Analyze discrepancies and determine root causes of performance issues. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products and ensure seamless user experiences. Role & Responsibilities: Test Automation : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Test Strategy & Planning : Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies to ensure thorough testing coverage. Continuous Integration & Testing : Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster deployment. Bug Tracking & Issue Management : Experience with tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or Trello for tracking issues and collaborating with teams. Performance & Load Testing : Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter , LoadRunner ) and techniques to validate application scalability. Debugging & Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to debug and troubleshoot issues in the test environment and scripts. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
