Job Description

5 to 6 years of experience in manual testing.
â¢ Good understanding on testing methodologies.â¢ Strong experience on writing test cases, test plans and reporting defects.â¢ Experience in writing automation scripts with Selenium & cucumber frameworkâ¢ Good written and oral communication skills.â¢ Good understanding on Agile development.â¢ Experience in testing payroll applications.â¢ Experience in UK Payroll domain is an added advantage.â¢ Experience on working with Git and agile methodology.â¢ Strong analytical/functional background and experience with support and operations activities.â¢ Strong debugging skills, analytical and problem solving skills.â¢ Experience in Splunk, Cognos and Siebel or any Client interfacing system is desirableâ¢ Must possess strong communication and presentation skills. Strong time management skills formanaging multiple, diverse and conflicting activities are required.â¢ Demonstrated ability to actively contributing on multiple projects of varying complexities andscope.â¢ Demonstrated ability to work independently with general direction or as part of a team.â¢ Demonstrated ability to work on project activities with tight timelines.â¢ Work with distributed teams in development, Service and Product ownersâ¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.â¢ High energy self-starter; must be flexible and able to take the initiative with minimal guidanceand be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.â¢ Willing to work in shifts
