Job Description

Role Overview: You are a highly motivated and experienced QA Automation Engineer at UST, responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test suites using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and JSystem. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of software development lifecycle across various projects, including web applications, APIs, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JSystem for comprehensive test coverage. - Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and identify defects and inconsistencies. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability of testing efforts. - Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to identify and resolve software defects. - Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on testability, and quality assurance. - Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. - Perform regression testing to ensure new features and bug fixes do not introduce new issues. - Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in QA automation, focusing on Java and Selenium. - Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with JSystem is highly preferred.
