Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Python AI/ML Data Science Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in training AI models, writing Python scripts for AI-driven solutions, and automating workflows using tools like n8n. Responsibilities:

· Train AI Models: Leverage available datasets to train AI models using advanced machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Focus on training models with multilingual datasets, including Hindi, English, and Hinglish.

· Python Script Development: Write, optimize, and maintain efficient Python scripts for data science tasks such as data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and automation.

· Data Analysis: Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that can optimize model performance and drive predictive analytics.

· Automation with n8n: Utilize n8n to automate data pipelines and workflows, integrating multiple services and enhancing operational efficiency across systems.

· AI Model Deployment: Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, monitor their performance, and ensure they are operating as expected, especially when handling multilingual datasets.

· Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

· Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies to apply new techniques and improve models and scripts over time.

· Hugging Face Expertise: Develop and fine-tune models using Hugging Face’s open-source pre-trained models, including BERT, multilingual MPNet, and DistilBERT, to address a variety of language processing challenges.

· Advanced AI Model Development: Work with AI models that enable advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition), transcription, translation, transliteration, and video contextual understanding to support a range of business applications.

Requirements:

• Experience: From freshers to 3 years of experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist working with Python.
• Proficiency in Python: Strong knowledge of Python, especially libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and model training.
• Data Science Skills: Experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Automation Tools: Knowledge of n8n for workflow automation and integration with external services.
• MCP Server Knowledge: Familiarity with managing and maintaining MCP (Master Control Program) servers for automated tasks and pipeline management.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to build innovative solutions.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Required Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerization for model deployment.
