We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design and develop mobile applications that support the dissemination, engagement, and management of social media content for our Government Department. The candidate will be responsible for building cross-platform apps that provide seamless access to government updates, schemes, events, and media campaigns, ensuring a user-friendly experience across Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework for Android & iOS.
Integrate APIs for social media feeds, push notifications, multimedia content (photos, videos, documents).
Work closely with the social media and content teams to create apps that enhance citizen engagement.
Ensure the app follows government IT and security guidelines.
Implement features such as event calendars, news tickers, media galleries, and user feedback forms.
Optimize app performance for scalability and responsiveness.
Debug, test, and deploy applications with proper documentation.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and IT administrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer (with portfolio of apps).
Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
Experience in API integration, Firebase, push notifications, and third-party libraries.
Familiarity with mobile app architecture (MVC/MVVM), state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
Knowledge of app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Prior experience working with government projects or large-scale citizen apps.
Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
Experience in integrating multilingual support (Hindi/English/Regional).
