Job Title: Python Developer

Experience Required: 5 – 6 Years

Shift timings: 2pm to 11pm

Location : Taramani (ON- SITE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, API integrations, and backend development. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-driven automation tools, and workflow optimization will be a strong advantage. The role involves building scalable solutions, integrating AI-driven automation, and contributing to innovative projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and applications using Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Build automation workflows using AI tools and frameworks.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent features, automations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Maintain documentation for code, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with advancements in Python, AI/ML models, and automation technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in frameworks such as Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development, backend architecture, and database systems.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB (preferred) and SQL/NoSQL systems.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch for indexing and search functionalities (added advantage).
• Experience working with AI/ML tools, particularly with LLMs (OpenAI, etc.).
• Practical experience in automation scripting and AI-based workflow automation.
• Proficient with version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience building AI-powered chatbots or automation systems.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB Aggregations, Elasticsearch Query DSL, or search optimization.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience working in agile/scrum teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
