Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing and streamlining the procurement process, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, evaluating supplier performance, and implementing systems to optimize supply chain processes while adhering to company standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost management
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain optimization
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry software, ERP systems, and vendor management tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management is essential
• Industry knowledge in infrastructure, signage manufacturing, or maintenance services would be a plus
