About the Company

Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction and interior projects.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier details.
Coordinate with site and project teams for timely material delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
Ensure cost control, quality compliance, and adherence to company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Purchase Manager in the
construction or interior design
field.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction materials and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
