About the Company


Purchase Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction and interior projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
  • Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier details.
  • Coordinate with site and project teams for timely material delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
  • Ensure cost control, quality compliance, and adherence to company standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Purchase Manager in the

    construction or interior design

    field.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
