Purchasing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.)
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best terms and pricing
• Maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites
• Manage inventory levels and material forecasting
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain purchase records and prepare reports for management

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and supply chain
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Good budgeting and cost-control skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
