Purchase Executive / Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials, components, and services as per company requirements.
Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate for cost-effective purchasing.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with the engineering, production, and inventory teams for material planning.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain purchase records and prepare cost analysis reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to reduce procurement costs.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
