Job Description: As a Purchasing Executive at Theobroma Foods Private Limited, located in Bengaluru, your role will involve managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and ensuring efficient procurement of goods. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, negotiating contracts, and maintaining updated records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions - Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods - Maintain inventory levels and ensure availability of stock - Negotiate contracts to obtain favorable terms - Keep updated records of purchases, pricing, and related data Qualifications: - Experience in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management - Proficiency in Procurement processes and techniques - Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers - Ability to negotiate and collaborate with suppliers - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred - Experience in the food industry would be a plus,
