Check shortages based on export orders received from RM/PM stores and prepare requirement charts
Send enquiries to suppliers and summarize quotations
Prepare comparison charts, obtain approvals, and issue purchase orders
Send general enquiries for raw material market rates (costing purpose)
Provide purchase updates to RM/PM stores
Update Purchase Registers (RM/PM) regularly
Coordinate with QA for artwork approvals and forward to suppliers
Follow up with RM/PM suppliers on routine basis
Verify purchase bills, take approvals, and forward to Accounts
