Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes across

multiple centers, ensuring compliance with organizational SOPs, timely processing of purchase

requisitions, vendor management, and administrative support such as travel and logistics

coordination. The role also involves coordination with store teams, ERP data entry, reporting,

and inventory oversight.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

 Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software/ERP.

 Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.

 1–3 years of experience in procurement or puchase

 Experience working in a multi-location organization is a plus.
