Purchase Specialist

As a Purchase Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes across multiple centers. Your role will include ensuring compliance with organizational SOPs, timely processing of purchase requisitions, vendor management, and providing administrative support such as travel and logistics coordination. Additionally, you will be involved in coordination with store teams, ERP data entry, reporting, and inventory oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement & Requisition Management - Vendor Management - Purchase Order & Documentation - Store & inventory Coordination - Vendor & Shipment Follow-up - Local Coordination & Support In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills - Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software/ERP - Strong record-keeping and documentation skills Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field - 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchase - Experience working in a multi-location organization is a plus This position offers a competitive salary range of 25000 to 30000 per month and is located in Jaipur.
