Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals and budget.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Maintain and update vendor database, contracts, and service agreements.
Review purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Collaborate with the IT, Finance, and Project teams to forecast procurement needs.
Analyze pricing trends, supplier performance, and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Track and manage annual procurement budgets and report on spending performance.
Handle vendor escalations and resolve supply chain issues promptly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent knowledge of IT products, software licensing models, and service procurement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement management tools.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
Strong ethical and cost-conscious approach to purchasing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
