Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in purchase management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices, including contract management and negotiation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices, including inventory control and logistics.
