Shift Supervisor - Production (3No's) Supervise and coordinate daily weaving operations. Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met. Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure optimal productivity Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs. Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance activities. Provide training for newly assigned line employees Dealing with the Manpower and Direct the work of employees assigned to the shift Maintain accurate production records and generate reports. Shift Supervisor - Quality (3No's) Oversee the daily operations related to quality control during the assigned shift. Supervise the quality control processes during the manufacturing of Products, ensuring all products meet the required quality standards. Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce defects and optimize the quality assurance processes. Identify and resolve any quality or process issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
