Purchase Intern

What you ll do

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors.
• Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Help maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

What you ll bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.

• Expected Compensation: Rs. 5k-7k per Month.
