Projects Intern

What you ll do

• Assist in the development and documentation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support project managers in coordinating tasks and resources across various projects.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision making.
• Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining project management tools and systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.

What you ll bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
