Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers for beauty, wellness, and FMCG products.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Raise purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse and operations team.
Conduct market research to analyze price trends, new product availability, and alternative sources.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with finance for vendor payments and reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
Support in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of procurement practices in beauty, wellness, and FMCG sectors.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
