Responsibilities Meet 100% monthly Centre level Sales target of NEW ADMISSIONS Responsible for timely follow-ups on all the leads generated through/by ATL, TTL or BTL activities Personal Attention in NEW ADMISSIONS Demo classes to uplift Sales Maintain Sales and complete tasks timely assigned by Centre Manager Focus to promote Bajaj/Scholfe cases to uplift student loan cases- NEW ADMISSIONS Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed To Plan and execute various Sales & Marketing promotional activities for achieving New Admission targets Focus on more and more Look & Learn seminars within the Centre and must conduct at least 4 (workshops/seminars) in a monthTie-up with local Colleges, Schools, Tuition houses etc .Maximum organic postings Like- reels, students testimonials, digital posts and content on the social media Local level centres digital presence details and analysis of latest trends/demand of our TGMonthly growth in 5 Star rating plus reviews and meet the set target by HO, Mohali Maintain at least minimum 5% conversion ratio of NEW Digital (Leads V/s Admissions) at Centre LevelRegular/daily feedback of digital campaigns leads quality and geo inputs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Punjabi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
