Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Purchase Executive to join our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in procurement and purchase operations, with knowledge of invoices, purchase orders, GST compliance, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and manage purchase orders as per organizational requirements.

· Verify and process invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GST and other tax norms.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and timely deliveries.

· Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and purchase documentation.

· Work closely with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure material availability and timely stock replenishment.

· Support the finance team with purchase-related data for GST returns and audits.

· Assist in cost control, purchase planning, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

· 0–2 years of experience in purchase and logistics operations.

· Good knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, GST, and vendor management.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving ability.
