Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our makeup and cosmetic product manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have prior purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and other purchase requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely procurement to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and inventory-related documentation.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Resolve any supplier-related issues or delays promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the chemical or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of raw materials used in cosmetics manufacturing will be an advantage.
