Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Patparganj, New Delhi

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement
activities, vendor communication, and international trade operations. A key part of this role
involves handling import/export processes with a focus on sourcing from China,
coordinating with suppliers via WeChat, and ensuring compliance with global trade
regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipment handling,
banking documentation, and international procurement, while also supporting local office
and production-related purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage import/export operations including preparing, verifying, and maintaining
shipping and customs documentation.
Coordinate with international suppliers, primarily in China, for order confirmations,
shipments, and logistics.
Communicate with suppliers effectively using WeChat and other platforms to track
orders, resolve issues, and negotiate timelines.
Support banking and trade finance activities including vendor payments, LC
documentation, and remittance processes.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and
compliance-related paperwork.
Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies in
coordination with vendors and logistics partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
